II. Recruitment Position Information
- Position Name: Maintenance Service Center Maker Partner (National Director)
- Optional Work Locations:
- Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Durban, South Africa
- Libreville, Gabon
III. Core Responsibilities
- Overall Management: Independently responsible for the preparation, daily operation and team management of the maintenance service center in the respective country.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, assess and manage localized technical, customer service and sales teams.
- Business Development: Actively develop the local third-party maintenance market, acquire customer orders and increase the revenue of the service center.
- Operation Management: Formulate and implement service pricing systems and spare parts sales strategies, control budgets and costs, and ensure the achievement of profit targets.
- Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support for construction machinery maintenance and maintenance, and solve complex faults.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships, handle major complaints, and improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Supply Chain Management: Responsible for spare parts inventory management, procurement planning and the construction of local supply chain systems.
IV. Job Requirements
1. Experience Background
- More than 5 years of experience in construction machinery maintenance, familiar with construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers and dump trucks.
- Overseas work experience is mandatory; candidates with work experience in Africa are preferred.
- Candidates with team management or project preparation experience are preferred.
2. Professional Skills
- Proficient in fault diagnosis and elimination of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Possess good knowledge of spare parts identification and procurement.
- Have basic financial knowledge and cost control awareness.
3. Comprehensive Abilities
- Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills, able to manage multi-cultural teams.
- Strong market development awareness and customer service spirit.
- Able to adapt to long-term overseas work, hard-working and with excellent problem-solving ability.
4. Language Requirements
Proficiency in English or French (depending on the country), able to conduct work communication.
